This product is frozen and must remain frozen until you're ready to use it. Express shipping only. Refrigerate to thaw. The puree naturally oxidizes like guacamole, so do not panic! We add less than 1% lemon juice to help preserve the puree during production.
If the item is in stock, we'll try to get shipments out next day if orders are placed by 1pm.
