Our Chestnut Flour is stone-ground, small batch made and gluten-free, . Naturally sweet, it is made with chestnuts from our growers throughout Michigan. Unlike other chestnut flour, our chestnuts are cooked in a way totally unique to Treeborn before we make flour. This gives our Chestnut Flour a flavor that is sweeter than many imported chestnut flour on the market. Our flour has a rich, complex, slightly sweet flavor.
From growing the trees, to harvesting, to cooking the chestnuts, to milling the chestnuts, we've had our part in every aspect of creating this totally unique Michigan Grown & Made flour!
